Hours: 7:00-5:00 Only see 50 patients a day. First come, first served.
Services: Testing is done for STD, HIV and AIDS. There are no appointments. It is a walk-in only. If fifty clients check in by 11:00 a.m., then on one else can be taken that day. This is the only Health Department site that handles STD, HIV, and AIDS although the clinic will be opening another site in the near future. Call to check about the other site.

Parental consent for women under age 18: Yes and No. Parental consent is required for girls under age of 12.

Services: Provides case management , education, prevention, and intervention to those who are infected with HIV/AIDS, and Hepatitis C. Provides HIV/AIDS testing using the Orasure Test (2 weeks) or Oraquick (20 minute test). Also test for other STDs.

DACCO-Project Care

Services: Provides HIV related testing and counseling and HIV education for those enrolled in the program.

Parental consent for women under age of 18: Will not test under age of 14. Prefer they go to primary care physician.

Services: Treatment Adherence programs provide help to people of color to access prevention and care and treatment services, and support to stay in care. Our programs are meant to enhance all the other program elements. If you are having trouble accessing care, difficulty understanding your medical regime, or get discouraged with your medical program, come talk with us.

Services: Metropolitan Charities offers new directions for wholeness, healing and growth. Professional licensed therapists provide mental health and substance abuse counseling. Case management is provided to anyone who has AIDS. Offers free HIV testing, case management for HIV patients, home-based services for AIDS clients. Individuals must have proof of HIV status and that they are seeing a primary care physician at least twice a year.

Services: Francis House is a non-profit interfaith respite center for men, women, and children infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. Adults are provided a multitude of services including support groups, education, individual, group and substance abuse counseling; art and massage therapy, as well as recreational activities and field trips. Provides individual pastoral counseling for persons infected by HIV/AIDS.

Catholic Charities–Mercy House

Services: Provides supportive housing for HIV-positive women with or without children and also provides limited transportation services to residents. Long term and temporary housing is available depending upon the individual/family’s needs.
