Mammograms

Lifetime Cancer Screening and Prevention Center

Hours: M-F 8:00-5:00 Mobile Van also provides outreach into the community at various times and locations. Call for further information.
Services: Provides mammograms for women under age of 40 with a referral from a physician. A prescription is necessary. If women meet guidelines, mammograms may be done at no cost. Women age 40 and above must meet 200% of poverty guildelines for mammograms to be done at not cost. Additionally, Lifetime provides lectures and health education to groups about cancer prevention and early detection. They provide cancer screenings to the community onsite in the mobile unit and at the freestanding facility.

Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program Florida

Services: A breast and cervical cancer screening program that provided reduced-cost or free mammograms, clinical breast exams and Pap smears to low-income, uninsured women between the ages of 50 and 64. The program is funded by the Centers for Disease Control an Prevention (CEC) as part of the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program. Women under the age of 50 may be seen if they have previously had breast cancer.
